Influenced by the English garden style and the European flower arranging ethos, the works of the Hong Kong based floral designer Dr. Solomon Leong have been described as ‘extraordinary’ and ’striking’ by international media such as the BBC. He specializes in custom designed bouquets, flowers to wear items and event decorations.
Competitions form a major part of Dr. Leong’s professional life and in 2006 he was awarded the Gold medal as well as the Best floral arrangement award at the world renowned Chelsea Flower Show in London, UK. In 2005 he was awarded the Silver-Gilt medal in the same show. In 2007, he was again awarded Silver-Gilt medal at Chelsea.
He is also an active floral demonstrator who has demonstrated at the Hong Kong Flower Show and other occasions both locally and abroad.
Being a doctor of philosophy in cultural studies, Solomon’s deep knowledge in cultures and history in relations to floral art has turned him into a successful curator of floral designs. He has been the curator of many internationally acclaimed floral designers such as Kristof De Waele and Jin Yung Pak, to name but a few. Dr. Leong is fluent both in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
Dr. Leong also periodically lectures on floral art and holds seminars to explore the role of floral art both in period and contemporary societies. He is also a contributor to a range of publications including the high-end lifestyle magazine InMagazine, China Flower and Gardening News,as well as the popular wedding portal www.darizi.com.
Dr. Leong is a member of AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers), the World Flower Council (Hong Kong Chapter) and the Royal Horticultural Society. He is also the secretary for the Hong Kong Flower Club as well as the secretary for the Hong Kong Association of Flower Arranging Societies.

梁靈剛深受英式花園及歐洲插花風格薰陶，花藝被BBC及世界各地花藝媒體喻為「超凡」「奪目」。梁氏曾參加無數國際大型花展及競賽，並於2006年在世界著名之英國倫敦查爾施花卉展覽大會（London Chelsea Flower Show）榮獲一等金獎及最佳花卉裝置設計獎。他亦於2005年及2007年之倫敦查爾施花卉展覽大會分別獲得銀獎及銀牌。
梁靈剛每年亦參與香港花展之競賽及現場示範，並活躍於香港、澳門、中國內地及世界各地之花藝活動。
梁靈剛擅長按客戶個性，設計及製作獨一無二之花球、各種佩戴花飾，以及各類型場地布置。
梁靈剛擁有哲學博士學位，對人類文化有深刻認識，令其能透視花藝背後的深層人文意義，故屢獲國際知名的花藝大師 (如 Kristof De Waele 及 Jin-Young Park) 邀請，在花藝示範中擔任廣東話、普通話及英語評述員。
梁靈剛定期舉辦花藝講座及教室，講述配合時代及節令的花藝設計技巧。他亦定期為香港時尚生活雜誌《InMagazine》、《中國花卉及園藝報》，以及大中華新婚網站大日子 www.darizi.com 等媒體撰寫花藝文章及示範。
梁靈剛擁有美國花藝設計師學院(American Institute of Floral Designers)會員資格，並為世界花藝協會(香港分會)及英國皇家花藝協會會員。現時他亦分別於香港花會及香港花藝協會擔任秘書。
