Summer Wedding in the UK

It was a lovely summer day with sun, showers and blossom. What a perfect setting for a wedding. Simplicity was the theme of the wedding. Everything was paired down to create a sense of understated and relaxed elegance. Calla lillies were used for the bouquet and corsage as they were the bride’s favourite flower.

Calla lillies last well out of water, although care must be taken to prevent the petals from bruising, otherwise the creases will show. Try using the smaller variety for bouquet as the regular ones’ stems tend to be very thick therefore not appealing to the eye.
